News Flash: Richard Clune Plays First NHL Game

richard clune manchester monarchsFormer Sarnia Sting and Barrie Colt, Richard Clune, played his first NHL game on February 11. Richard was called up from the Manchester Monarchs of the AHL by the Los Angeles Kings and played his first game against the Edmonton Oilers.

Richard played with the Sting from 2003-04 to 2005-06 and played his final season in the OHL, 2006-07 with the Colts. Originally drafted by the Dallas Stars, Clune was traded to the Kings organization in the summer of 2008.
