  • John A. Daley Memorial Trophy

    A rookie of the year has been honoured in the ECHL since the 1988-89 season. In 1997, the award was renamed the John A. Daley Memorial Trophy in honour of one of the league’s founding fathers. Over the years, five Ontario Hockey League alumni have gone on to win the John A. Daley Trophy.
