    nipissing lakers oua hockey logoThe Nipissing Lakers have completed the OUA regular season, finishing fourth in the Eastern Conference. Ontario Hockey League grad Andrew Marcoux finished tied for 17th in the OUA in points.

    The Lakers have nine players that have previously played in the Ontario Hockey League plus one assistant coach who played for the North Bay Centennials in the 1980′s.

    Grant McGee – Grant played five seasons in the Ontario Hockey League from 2005-06 to 2009-10. McGee played for the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds, Guelph Storm and Owen Sound Attack.

    Conor O’Donnell – Conor played four seasons in the OHL from 2006-07 to 2009-10. O’Donnell split his OHL career between the Brampton Battalion, Windsor Spitfires and Guelph Storm.

    Andrew Marcoux – Andrew played just one season with the Mississauga IceDogs in 2005-06.

    Sean Ryan – Sean played four season with the Ottawa 67′s from 2005-06 to 2008-09.

    Brodie Beard – Brodie played five seasons with the Ottawa 67′s from 2002-03 to 2006-07.

    Paul Cianfrini – Paul played four seasons in the Ontario Hockey League from 2006-07 to 2009-10. Cianfrini played for the Belleville Bulls and the Erie Otters.

    Jordon Gallea – Jordon played three seasons with the Ottawa 67′s from 2005-06 to 2007-08.

    Daniel Spence – Daniel played one season with the Sarnia Sting, 2008-09.

    Matt Hache – Matt played four seasons in the Ontario Hockey League from 2005-06 to 2008-09. Hache split his time between the Sault Ste. Marie Greyhounds and the Sarnia Sting.

    Assistant Coach Darren Turcotte played for the North Bay Centennials for four seasons from 1984-95 to 1987-88.
