    ottawa geegees oua hockeyThe University Ottawa GeeGees finished in eighth place in the OUA’s ten team Eastern Conference. The team featured five Ontario Hockey League grads on the roster this season.

    Sam Coyne – Sam played just one game with the Erie Otters during the 2007-08 season.

    Steve Blunden – Steve played four seasons in the Ontario Hockey League from 2005-06 to 2008-09, split between the Belleville Bulls and the Ottawa 67′s.

    Sean Smyth – Sean played 21 games with the Kitchener Rangers in 2005-06.

    Matthieu Methot – Matthieu played three seasons in the Ontario Hockey League from 2005-06 to 2007-08. Methot played for the Barrie Colts and the Ottawa 67′s. Matthieu was fifth in league scoring this season with 38 points in 23 games.

    Aaron Barton – Aaron played between the pipes for two seasons in the Ontario Hockey League. He played for the Peterborough Petes in 2004-05 and the Mississauga IceDogs in 2005-06.
